Psychic Attack

It was 2.30am before I drifted off to sleep, praying for a good night sleep as I always do. One hour later during dream-time a large dark figure leant down towards me where I lay, reaching out in some way which felt like it was trying to grab me. I jumped so far out of bed and out of my dream-state that I ended up at the other end of the bed and turned on the light, waking up my flat-mate. Who said my screams/yells were loud enough to wake the neighbours. It could have easily been a burglar with the sounds I made and the fear I felt. I lay for a while after that with the light off but still felt afraid so I turned the light on while I lay there. I prayed out loud this time and spoke of my strength and eventually drifted off. Today I feel that this was some kind of Psychic Attack. I have to learn more about it...
